Summer Enrichment Program

Enrich your summer!

Magnificat's Summer Enrichment Program is specially designed for girls entering Grades 7 and 8. Each day, participants will build friendships, explore STEM projects, and engage in health, wellness, and leadership activities within an interactive learning environment run by Magnificat faculty, alumnae, and partner organizations. This program prepares young women for high school and provides an introduction to what it means to learn, lead, and serve at Magnificat. 

Week 1: June 9-13, 2025   |   $225
Week 2: June 16-18, 20, 2025 (four day week for Juneteenth)   |   $180
Week 3: June 23-27, 2025   |   $225

The refund deadline for Summer Enrichment Program will be April 1, 2025. A $75 fee per registration will be deducted from the requested refund. Camp t-shirts may not be available for late registrants. 

REGISTRATION IS ONLINE ONLY AND WILL OPEN ON WEDNESDAY, FEB. 12, 2025 at 8 A.M. 
 

Daily Schedule

7:45 a.m. | Arrival 
8-10:30 a.m. | Groups rotate through three 45-minute sessions (Health and Wellness, STEM, and Art; activities vary each week) 
10:30-11 a.m. | Lunch
11-11:45 a.m. | Leadership
12-3 p.m. | Optional Sports Camps (for an additional fee; click here for dates and details

Each day we have fantastic leaders in different fields speak about their careers. The 2025 speakers are being scheduled, but previous featured guests include:

Arts

Magnificat faculty members will share their expertise in the arts to bring out SEP participants' creative sides! Topics include a stitch and style workshop (week 1), clayworks (week 2), and an introduction to technical theater (week 3). 

Health and Wellness

Caring for our health and wellness is a lifelong journey. Magnificat’s experienced counseling team will share proactive strategies for young women to manage stress and maintain a positive outlook in everyday life and in the face of challenges. 

STEM

Our science teachers will explore the intriguing interactions between science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), from chemistry experiments (week 1) to designing solar ovens (week 3)!

Leadership

Magnificat alumnae have gone on to learn, lead, and serve in a wide range of careers. Participants will hear from leaders in various professions who will share their experiences, answer questions, and give advice to the next generation of women making a difference in the world. Student-led tours for parents and guardians will also be conducted Tuesdays at 11 a.m.

Environmental Stewardship

Magnificat High School, a girls' Catholic college-preparatory high school, founded and sponsored by the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, educates young women holistically to learn, lead, and serve in the spirit of Mary’s Magnificat.
